Doris has been involved with the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce for 26 years as a Member, President, Executive Director, Board Member and Committee Chairman on various committees throughout the years. She was also President of the Partners 4 Profit - BNI Chapter in Delray Beach, FL for the 2009-2010 year. Currently a member of the Power Partners-BNI in Wellington, FL and sits on the Membership Committee.

She has been involved in community service through The Boynton Beach Kiwanis Club for over 20 years, serving as President for two terms, Fishing Tournament Chairperson for several years, weekly newsletter publication and various forms of fundraisers for local scholarship recipients. Contributions to local nonprofit organizations are made throughout the year and she works very closely with the Boynton Headstart Program.
