What format should artwork be in?

VECTOR files for all artwork is preferred. If you cannot create your art in that format, we have graphic services available to convert your art. Cost is factored by the intricacy of your design.

Can I order products without an imprint?

Yes, you can. Blank products ship faster and have no set-up fees.

What are the methods of shipping?

Fed Ex is our exclusive shipper.  There are times when UPS is also used.  If you have your own shipping account number, that can also be applied to your order and then there would be no shipping charges on the final invoice.

What if I cannot find the promotional product I am looking for?

You can send an e-mail request for the product you need. You can also click on the "On-Line Promotional Product Catalogue" and search over 700,000 products.

What if I need quantities larger than the listed ones?

E-mail your request and a quotation will be sent to you for your specific quantity.

What if I am a tax exempt organization?

Tax exempt clients need to submit a copy of their current tax exempt certificate. If one is not available, sales tax will be added.

Are free samples offered?

There will only be a shipping charge for samples under $5. Samples costing more than $5 will be billed the appropriate cost + shipping charges.

Can I receive free information?

Yes, catalogues and fliers are sent free of charge.

Do the promotional products ship from Specialty Advertising?

If the product is a stock item and it is not customized, yes, it comes from the Specialty Advertising location.  All customized products ship directly from the specific manufacturer and directly to the clients.

What if I need something really fast?

Submit your request with your deadline and a confirmation from the manufacturer must be obtained before commencing to process the order. Some manufacturers have 24 hour turnaround service.

Can the Make it a Life Change® Conservation Playing Cards be totally customized?

Yes, they can for a minimum order of 1,000 decks, the 54 sayings can be completely custom.   Your logo can be on the opposite side of all cards for a minimum order of 500 decks. 

Can the Make it a Life Change® Playing Cards be made up with different themes like SAFETY Tips or RELIGIOUS ideas, or CHIROPRACTIC Way of Life?

Yes, absolutely.  Custom themes are welcome.  If you create them, they cannot be duplicated by any other organization.   You retain the rights to your personal themes.  This is especially good for the resale value and marketing.
